Island Table
- Our largest selling product with high tensile strength. Designed to withstand a load of 500 kg per 300 square cms. Created using 20 SWG Electro-Galvanized Sheet with square structure 40 x 40mm. Continuously modular, Island Tables with top drawer and bottom cupboard of removable and accessible type on both sides with knee space ensure maximum working & storage space.
Instrument Table
- These consist of 2 modular with top drawer and bottom cupboard on one side and 4 continuous drawers on the other. Comfortable knee space at center and bottom drawer comes with one inner adjustable horizontal partition and high quality locking system. Telescopic channels for smooth and noise free movement of drawers and a 15/5 Amps 3pin electrical socket are standard fittings.
Wall Table
- Wall table consists of individual modulars with top-drawer bottom cupboard arrangement. The cupboard is provided with adjustable horizontal partition. The working surface will be granite of uniform thickness of around 18mm.The table will be provided with electrical panels upon customer’s request.
Particle Count Test
- Classic Air System provides complete airborne particle count cleanliness classification test is performed to determine the actual particle count level within the facility at the time of the test (As-Built, At-Rest, or Operational). Particle size(s) of interest, the room occupancy state and the room classification shall be known prior to the beginning of the tests and shall be as specified in the contract documents or as agreed to between the Owner/Buyer and the Classic Air System
Velocity Test
- These tests are performed to determine the average filter face velocity and uniformity, and / or the average room airflow velocity and uniformity within a cleanroom. Airflow velocity (meters per second or feet per minute) is a measurement of the speed of the airflow. An average velocity is calculated by dividing the cleanroom / filter area into equal grids and taking the airflow velocity in the center of each of these grids. The average airflow velocity is calculated by dividing the total of the airflow grid velocities by the number of readings taken.
HEPA ULPA Filter Leak Test
- Classic Air System provides complete HEPA/ULPA filter integrity testing services for both the Pharmaceutical and Microelectronics industries. All filter integrity testing performed by Classic Air System is executed in accordance with IES-RP-CC-001-86 & ISO 14644. Classic Air System is equipped to perform testing with both Di–Octal Phthalate (DOP) and Poly Alpha Olefin (PAO) depending on your site’s specific requirements. All Classic Air System technicians participate in an annual intensive training on our Standard Operating Procedures written to conform to the current standards and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) governing critical environments.
Surgical Scrub Sink

Modular Operation Theatre
- Classic Air System can also install Modular Operation theatres confirming to above standards if you opt for. Modular Operating Theatre provides you with all of the benefits associated with Modular Construction with absolutely no compromise to quality or layout. We can provide much safer working environments when compared with traditional construction methods. Owing to the offsite element of modular construction there is far less disruption and noise to the surrounding area. With the Modular Building System, the hospital can experience none of the compromises normally associated with Modular construction such as “bouncy floors” and unsightly columns. Our modular system is highly customizable ensuring the end user has no restrictions regarding layout, internal appearance and external treatments. The AHU of each OT should be dedicated and should not be linked to air conditioning of any other area. During the non functional hours AHU blower will be operational round the clock (may be without temperature control). VFD devices may be used to conserve energy Window & split A/c should not be used in any type of OT because they are purely re-circulating units and have convenient pockets for microbial growth which cannot be sealed. The flooring, walls and ceiling should be non porous, smooth, seamless without corners and should be easily cleanable repeatedly. The material should be chosen accordingly
Clean Room Doors
- Classic Air System Clean Room doors are manufactured from galvanized/stainless steel sheets with lock formed edges. Insulated and bonded with polyurethane foam, honeycomb paper or mineral wool forming a rigid flush fitting with innovative flush double glazed finished in pure polyester powder coating of 60-80 microns forming a smooth surface finish.
